Fans lined Hollywood Blvd to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars at the premiere of Pain and Gain, starring Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson and Anthony Mackie. Pain and Gain is based on a true story and follows Miami body builders in an escapade to make a quick score, who soon enter into a violent world of corruption and murder. This latest Michael Bay film combines action and comedy while portraying a real world Miami story of a kidnapping plot gone wrong. Many notable celebrities walked the silver carpet at TCL Chinese Theater, including Ed Harris, Mark Wahlberg, Rebel Wilson, Tony Shalhoub, Russell Simmons and Vivica A. Fox. Dwayne Johnson was unable to attend the premiere due to an abdominal injury with surgery scheduled for next week. Pain and Gain opens in theaters on April 26 and is distributed by Paramount Pictures.
